Virtual Business System is an integrated multimedia system of services to assist the internationalisation of a region's economy, designed with the following objectives:
- stimulate commercial and/or production cooperation between businesses from different nations;
- reduce the asymmetry of information between demand and supply;
- promote integration between private companies and institutions;
- favour and promote the integration between small and medium sized companies, to increase their competitiveness on international markets.
Vibus was created for the benefit of all players in the development of a region's territory: business, industry associations, public institution, regional economic development agencies, universities…), with particular focus on small and medium sized companies, who most require assistance and aid to effectively gear themselves for world markets.
Who runs VIBUS?VIBUS is a project created and developed by the Centro Estero delle Camere di Commercio del Molise - Chamber of Commerce of Molise, and operated by the Chamber in cooperation with ICE, the Italian Trade Commission. The entire project is financed by the Region of Molise together with the Ministry of Productive Activities.
What is VIBUS Virtual Talks?Vibus Virtual Talks is a virtual tradeshow, in which business and institutions from different areas or nations can interact, exchanging ideas, products, services and develop joint-ventures, with the goal or creating an international network or cooperation and development.
The B2B platform has been conceived as a real live tradeshow, offering exhibitors the possibility to:
- increase their visibility on world markets, through the operation of a virtual stand, in which to showcase their products or activities, and present projects to be developed (Vibus Virtual Talks);
- communicate with foreign businesses and investors, without sustaining the expenses of business travel;
- offer their products and services in a convenient fashion;
- present projects for business development or start-up enterprises in which to involve foreign investors or financial institutions;
- communicate effectively, conducting business negotiations with counterparts directly through the system, and making use of modern VoIP technologies;
- take advantage of services in support of the internationalisation of business, offered through the system (Export Help).
- make use of an effective and rational system to search for businesses and products in a specific territory;
- evaluate opportunities to engage in commercial or productive relationships, analysing all company information, a complete catalogue of products with images, brochures, users manuals;
- submit requests for estimates, product pricing and samples, all within the system, and making use of modern VoIP technologies;
- offer products or services to companies present within the system;
- take advantage or special product offers made available by business in the system.
Export Help is a logical system, restricted to businesses from the region of Molise, designed to provide assistance and direction in the process of internationalisation, including those who are not exhibitors in the online tradeshow Vibus Virtual Talks.
The system hosts the most important services to prepare business for foreign markets, designed to guide companies through the process, and targeted principally at new-to-market companies not yet able to evaluate the utility or appropriate use of these services.
The process begins with an online test that will help the entrepreneur to determine his and the company's own degree or preparedness for the challenge of internationalisation. On the basis of the test's final score, and in relation to the answer to each individual question, the system evaluates the company's needs and will direct the entrepreneur towards the most appropriate services for any given stage of business development.
With this system, businesses, especially those of smaller scopre, will be accompanied through the process of establishing themselves on foreign markets, with services tailored to their real needs and potential, taking into consideration both the structure and resources of the company.
Access to the "Export help" section is free, but restricted to companies who are members of the Chambers of Commerce of Molise. For registration process, please see above.
